So, how does Dungbeetle find its files, now that it can be run as a service?

The answer is... you can now store your custom paths in the registry, and DungbeetleServer.exe will help you do it.

On Windows, Dungbeetle now supports IPv4+IPv6 hosting too!

The VM supports IPv4+IPv6 hosting easily through setting a certain flag before creating the host socket.

In Mono, setting this flag will simply crash the socket, so Dungbeetle will choose to fall back to only hosting on IPv4 interfaces there.
